Compared to the last special two weeks ago, steer calves under 700 lbs on a light offering sold mostly steady, with a few over 700 lbs not well tested. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs were lightly tested with heifers over 600 lbs on the pot loads selling 4.00-10.00 higher than the pot loads of similar weights and quality form two weeks ago. Demand was good, best on the pot loads of heifers with a moderate offering. The highlight of Tuesday's sale was 6 pot loads of heifers with 3 pot loads weighing form 584 to 593 lbs all with good weighing conditions sold with very good demand and 3 pot loads of top quality heifers weighing from 645 to 700 lb also selling with very good demand. Slaughter cows were lightly tested on a light offering.
