Compared to last week, steers calves weighing 400-500 lb sold steady to firm, with 500-600 lbs selling firm to 3.00 higher, 600-700 lb steers sold unevenly steady with 700-800 lb trading fully steady to firm. Feeder heifers weighing 450-500 lbs sold 3.00-5.00 higher, 500-550 lb sold steady with 550-600 lb trading mostly 5.00 lower with last week's very active market, heifers over 600 lbs consisted of several consignments of top quality blk heifers selling as replacement heifers on and active market. Demand was good with supply moderate with the market very active on steer calves weighing 450-600 lbs and replacement heifers. Slaughter cows sold steady to firm.
