Compared to last week, feeder steers weighing 450-500 lbs and steers weighing 600-700 lbs along with heifers weighing 550-700 lbs sold 5.00-8.00 lower, feeder steers weighing 500-600 lbs sold steady to 5.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady with the bulk of the cows average dressing. Demand was moderate to good on a moderate supply. Feeder cattle prices are feeling the affects of lower fat cattle market and CME cattle futures that have trended lower 11 out of the past 12 trading days.
