Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves sold steady to 10.00 higher and yearlings sold fully steady. Demand was good for a moderate to heavy supply. A similar type of run as the last several weeks with several loads of yearlings and fall born calves. Cash fed cattle set an all time record high last week with a weighted average of $2.55 lb. The rain continued on Tuesday and it still feels like it will be awhile until anymore fieldwork could be done. Slaughter cows and bulls sold mostly steady.
