Compared to last week's lighter run where calves were lightly tested, steer and heifer calves sold with a higher to sharply higher undertone and yearlings sold 3.00-10.00 higher. Feeder cattle futures have made significant gains since last week, leading the charge higher along with a higher cash fed trade last week. Supply was moderate with the first feeling of a fall calf run for the year. Demand was good to very good. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 lower.
