Compared to last week, steers sold steady to 5.00 lower with the decline on 650-700 lbs and heifers traded steady. Demand was moderate as the heat is expected to build throughout the week which makes for stress and lower performance. Supply was moderate and included several yearlings. Slaughter cows sold steady to firm.
