There was a moderate crowd on hand for the JRS monthly replacement cow and bull sale. Several good quality red and black hided young bred cows were included in the offering. The supply of cow/calf pairs was very light. Receipts were not as high as expected because several large consignments canceled due to muddy conditions preventing them from moving their cattle to the sale barn.
