Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold steady. With the monthly replacement cow and bull sale following the regular cow and bull sale there was a heavy supply of bred cows and cow/calf pairs. There was a variety of both quality and kinds of replacement cattle on offer and good demand as grass is growing. Several good quality breeding bulls were included in the offering. Supply was heavy and demand very good for slaughter classes. Packer buyers were aggressive to acquire
the supply available.
