Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Wednesday, the bulk of slaughter cows sold 4.00-6.00 higher with a few high-dressing 10.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold 4.00-5.00 higher. There was a very light supply of both bred cows and cow/calf pairs. Several factors contributed to light receipts including rain again last night adding to the already muddy conditions. Supply was light and demand very good for slaughter classes.
