Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Wednesday, fat breaking slaughter cows sold near near steady while boning and lean slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold 3.00-4.00 higher. The offering included a light to moderate supply of bred cows and cow/calf pairs were scarce. Rain last night and snow this morning made the movement of cattle off the farm difficult and reduced receipts today. Supply was light and demand good for slaughter classes.
