Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold 1.00-3.00 higher with the greatest advance on high-dressing breaking and boning cows and slaughter bulls sold 2.00-4.00 higher. A high-light replacement cow and bull sale was held immediately following the regular cow and bull sale and provided a good supply of bred cows and cow/calf pairs. Several dispersal's were included in the replacement offering. Supply was heavy and demand good for slaughter classes.
