Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Steers and heifers sold with a higher undertone but with no price trend established. Slaughter cows steady. Demand good. Light offering this week with heavy rain and storms over the past 36 hours. The bull market for the ages is alive and well following the latest pullback with futures soaring higher over the past few sessions. Packers appear to be badly in need of product buying fed cattle at a new record price of 255.00 on Tuesday.
