Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers under 600 lbs steady, over 600 lbs 1.00-3.00 lower. Feeder heifers steady. Slaughter cows 4.00-6.00 higher. Demand good. Supply light. Several feeder consignments passed on the bitter cold in expectation of warmer weather next week. A steady trade on the fed cattle will be a pretty high bar following last week's record weighted average of 203.67/cwt.
