Demand was light to moderate for this month's Cow Special at Green City Livestock. The bulk of the offering consisted of a complete dispersal of a local herd, mostly bred cows in a wide variety of age, size and condition. A few lots of reputation bred heifers were also available and those were met with the best demand of the day. Another round of winter weather hit the area just hours before the scheduled sale, dumping more snow and bringing high winds, which certainly impacted the market. Supply moderate.
