NOTE: Today was the last sale of the year, but Four State Stockyards would like to welcome all buyers and sellers back on Friday, January 2nd at 9am for the Special Feeder and Yearling sale.

Compared to last week, Feeder steers and heifers sold 5.00 to 15.00 higher with some spots 20.00 to 40.00 higher. The lighter weight calves under 500 lbs showed the most gains in the market today, but also a few packages of yearlings had stronger demands also. There was a moderate to good supply of feeders with very good demand again this week. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady.
