Compared to the last feeder special from three weeks ago, steer calves under 600 lbs sold 15.00-25.00 higher with feeder steers over 600 lbs 5.00-10.00 higher. Feeder heifers steady to 5.00 higher, with instances 10.00 higher on lighter weights. Onward and upward as the feeder market continues to set new highs every week. With the finished cattle gaining 5.00 plus dollars a week and cheap grain prices, buyers have become more comfortable with paying whatever it takes to own more cattle. Demand was very good and supply moderate.
