Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, steers and heifers sold 6.00 to 10.00 lower, spots up to 14.00 lower. The beef sector has been in a tailspin the past couple weeks and the local market reflected that with all weights and classes of cattle trading sharply lower. Supply moderate to heavy, demand light to moderate.
