Friday's auction at EMC had very light receipts with a few bred cows and pairs, most of the bred cows were 3yrs to short solid mouth in the 2nd stage and all sold with moderate to good demand. A very light offering of feeders were not tested. Slaughter steers and heifers on a light offering sold 12.00-14.00 lower than last week's offering as the fat cattle market has backed up 20.00 over the last two weeks. Slaughter cows traded steady to 3.00 lower. Feeder cattle special next week.
