Callaway Livestock Center held their monthly Bred Cow-Heifer and Pairs sale Thursday evening with several consignments of good quality bred heifers (near 175 head) mostly in the 3rd stage selling with good demand, along with several consignments of good quality young bred cows mostly 3-5 years in the 2nd and 3rd stage all sold with good demand. The balance of the bred cows was mostly 5 yrs to aged cows in the 2nd an 3rd stage. Several consignments of good quality young pairs mostly 3-5 year old pairs with several bred back in the 1st stage with big calves the rest mostly 5 yrs to short solid mouth with 150 to 300 lb calves.
