Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special bred cow, heifer and pairs sale Thursday evening with a large standing room crowd on hand. There was a very nice dispersal of top quality black cows from 5 yrs to short solid mouth bred back 1st stage with good quality calves by side weighing 450-550 lbs selling with very good demand. A good offering of young bred cows in the 3rd stage along with several packages of bred heifers all sold with moderate to good demand.
