Callaway Livestock Center held their monthly Special Bred Cow Sale Thursday evening with a large crowd on hand with active buyers. There was a very nice offering of bred heifers in the 3rd stage along with a large offering of young good quality 3-6 year old cows in the 2nd and 3rd stage all selling with good demand. A very nice consignment of young 3-4 year old cows in 1st stage with 350-400 lb calves sold with very good demand along with several lots of heifer pairs. Overall demand was moderate to good with supply moderate.
