Feeder heifers weighing 400-500 lbs sold on a very active market trading 10.00-18.00 higher, spots 20.00 higher and 500-550 lbs selling 8.00-15.00 higher with heifers over 550 lbs lightly tested but selling with a firm to higher undertone. Demand was very good on a moderate supply with the steer and heifer calves trading on a very active market weighing under 550 lbs with several stick-out sales of fancy/thin black 450-585 lb heifers. Also in the offering were several pot loads of 850-900 lb steers selling with good demand. Slaughter cows sold firm to 5.00 higher with the most advance on the high dressing and Lean cows.
