Feeder heifers weighing under 550 lbs sold with a firm undertone compared to comparable sales of kind and quality with several groups and strings of fancy/thin blk heifers selling on a very active market, 550-675 lb heifers traded with a weak undertone on a much lighter offering. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 lower. Demand was good on a good quality offering of steer and heifer calves weighing 450-650 lbs, the 450-500 steer calves failed to reach last week's highs but still sold on and active market.
