Several large strings of steers and heifer calves weighing 450-550 lbs sold with good demand on and active market for this summer time sale. Also in the offering were 2 pot loads of 8 weight steers and 2 pot loads of low 7 weight heifers also selling with good demand as this was a very active market on a large offering of feeders for a July sale. Slaughter cows sold steady to 4.00 lower with the most decline on the breaking cows as boners and lean cows were mostly steady.
