Compared to last week, Monday's offering included many good quality calves that were long time weaned weighing 400-650 lbs had few good comparisons with last week's auction, a light test of 400-450 lb steer calves sold 6.00-8.00 higher, 5 weight steers on a few comparable sales sold firm to 5.00 higher and steers over 600 lbs were not well tested with last week. Feeder heifers weighing 400-500 lbs sold 4.00-6.00 higher on a light test, with 5 weight heifers mostly 2.00-5.00 higher on comparable sales and heifers over 600 lb sold steady to firm. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher.
