The plainer quality offering and the lack of larger packages along with the severe winter weather in the forecast softened demand a bit. The higher quality, pre-conditioned calves are seeing premiums. A low quality slaughter cow offering sold 6.00-8.00 lower and no test on slaughter bulls.
