Feeder steers under 800 lbs were mostly 6.00 to 8.00 lower with spots of sharply lower with a good supply, while the yearling steers were unevenly steady. Feeder heifers under 400 lbs were steady, while heifers over 500 lbs were 2.00 to 8.00 lower or greater in spots with a good supply and moderate demand. Negative pressure in the feeder cattle futures market has limited some buyers interest and demand. Slaughter cows were steady to 2.00 lower with a good supply and slaughter bulls were 2.00 to 4.00 higher with good demand.
