Compared to last Thursday: Feeder steers under 600 lbs. sold sharply higher and those over 600 lbs. were 5.00-7.00 lower. Feeder heifers traded sharply higher. The demand for the lightweight calves in all classes was very strong. Today's offering contained fewer steers over 600 lbs. and the quality was less when compared to last week. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 7.00-9.00 higher.
