Feeder steers 600 lbs and under were steady to 5.00 higher with a good supply and good demand, while the yearling steers appeared stronger but with limited comparisons. Feeder heifers were unevenly steady bouncing from 3.00 lower to 3.00 higher across the weight classes with a good supply and spotty demand. Buyers were active today and willing pay premiums for weaned packages and harder conditioned calves, while discounts off colored and heavy conditioned calves severely. Slaughter cows were 2.00 to 4.00 higher with a good supply and slaughter bulls were steady to 2.00 lower with good demand.
