Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers sold steady to 2.00 lower with moderate demand; light demand for fleshy, plain and off-colored calves. Continued hot dry conditions combined with fleshy new crop calves coming to town depressed prices today. Quality was plain through average. Slaughter cows and slaughter bulls sold steady with moderate demand.
