Compared to last week, feeder steers 650 lb to 1,000 lb sold 8.00 to 20.00 higher. Not enough steers under 600 lb for a market test. Feeder heifers 775 lb to 925 lb sold steady to 2.00 lower, however one partial load of fancy heifers weighing 835 lb sold 4.00 higher. Heifers 550 lb to 775 lb sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Not enough heifers under 550 lb for a market test. Demand was good. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 3.00 higher. One high yielding bull sold for 244.
