Compared to last week, feeder steers under 750 lbs sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher, with instances 8.00 to 10.00 higher on outstanding quality. Steers over 750 lbs sold steady to 4.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 800 lbs sold steady to 3.00 higher; over 800 lbs 4.00 to 7.00 higher. Calves not well tested today however a higher undertone noted. Demand good on moderate supply. A good run of feeder cattle today with several straight loads of yearlings.
