No comparison to last week due to the holiday, but slaughter steers and heifers were sharply higher with better packer interest and with a good offering of high quality steers and heifers this week. Holstein slaughter steers were trending lower today. Cows were unevenly steady with bulls trending higher. Feeder steers and heifers were trending higher and feeder bulls trending lower with good value on fancy and value added feeders.
