Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 to 2.00 lower with slaughter heifers 3.00 lower with lower packer bids this week, but prime slaughter cattle trending higher. Holstein slaughter steers were mostly steady. Breaker cows were 1.00 lower with boner cows 5.00 higher and bulls trending higher. Feeder steers and heifers were trending lower with some instances of higher/lower and feeder bulls trending higher.
