Compared to last week, slaughter heifers were trending higher based on a limited comparison and slaughter Holstein heifers were trending lower based on a limited comparison. Slaughter bulls were trending lower based on a limited comparison. Holstein slaughter cows were mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Due to frigid temperatures, veal calves over 90 lbs were in the best demand, with light demand noted for calves under 90 lbs.
