Compared to last week slaughter steers were 3.00 higher with slaughter heifers 2.00 to 6.00 higher with some good quality steers and heifers offered this week and active buyer participation. Holstein slaughter steers were 4.00 to 5.00 higher also good quality Holsteins today. Cows were 1.00 higher with bulls 6.00 to 11.00 higher with high dressing bulls. Feeder cattle were too few to compare buy trending lower.
