Compared to last week slaughter steers were 4.00 higher and slaughter heifers 2.00 to 3.00 higher and higher packer interest on high quality steers and heifers. Holstein slaughter steers were 7.00 to 8.00 lower this week and Dairy/Beef steers were steady on a low test. Cows were 3.00 to 7.00 higher and a good offering of high dressing cows with Holstein cows 5.00 lower today. Bulls had instances of higher/ lower and high prices on higher dressing bulls. Feeder steers were steady on a light offering and feeder heifers significantly higher with feeder bulls trending higher.
