Reporter comment USDA

As filed

No comparison to last week due to weather and no coverage but slaughter steers and heifers were trending significantly higher with better packer interest and a good offering of steers and heifers with active bidding. Holstein slaughter and Dairy/Beef steers were also trending higher and good buyer interest. Cows and Holstein cows along with bulls had a good offering with active buyer participation with higher prices today. A low test of feeder steers and feeder heifers trending lower with feeder bulls mostly steady with some fancy type feeder bulls today.
