Compared to last week slaughter steers were 2.00 higher with slaughter heifers 4.00 higher and good buyer interest today and good quality. Holstein slaughter steers were 6.00 higher on a light test. Cows were 3.00 to 8.00 higher with bulls sharply higher and a good offering of cows and bulls with active buyer participation this week. Dairy/Beef steers were 3.00 higher on a light offering and Holstein cows 2.00 to 4.00 lower today. All classes of feeder calves were trending higher with a good offering valve added and fancy type feeders and good buyer interest.
