Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers were mostly 1.00-2.00 higher, and slaughter cows and bulls were mostly steady with moderate to good demand for slaughter classes. Feeder cattle were too few last week to compare this week but a higher undertone was noted with very good demand for feeder classes, especially long-weaned, preconditioned cattle.
