As compared to a month ago, feeder steers trading higher 5-7, heifers began the day trading steady but finished with a strong run edging north 2-3. Light weight steers and heifers under 400lbs traded noticeably higher than previous outings. Buyer demand at lower weights was heavy, with a lag in trading evident with larger load lots. Strong attendance and buyer participation was noted with several comments presented on the quality of today's offering.
