Compared to the sale last Thursday, Choice slaughter steers 5.00-6.00 higher, with steers over 1500 lbs bringing a premium. Dairy steers 8.00 higher today, with a lighter offering. Choice slaughter heifers 3.00-7.00 higher. Mostly smaller strings in the offering today. Good demand.
