Compared to last week, Slaughter Steers and Slaughter Heifers sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. Slaughter Holstein steers sold 1.00 to 2.00 lower. Demand was good on a slightly lower offering today . The value-added Holstein steers are crossbreds (dairy/beef crosses).
