Special Cattle Sale. Good supply of quality cattle. Compared to a week ago, steer and heifer prices were mixed. Prices for 450 to 500 pound steers were 5.10 lower, while 500 to 550 pound steers were 5.40 higher. Prices for 450 to 500 pound heifers were 6.80 lower, while 500 to 550 pound heifers were 2.00 higher.
