Compared to the special Memorial Day auction two weeks ago, with the overall quality being lower steers under 750 lbs. were mostly 7.00-9.00 lower. The 750-800 lb. steers ended 4.00 higher, while those over 800 lbs. were 2.00 lower. Heifers under 600 lbs. were steady to 4.00 higher, while the heavier heifers ended mixed. Demand was good for the light offerings. Trade was active.
