Compared to the sale two weeks ago, steers sold 5.00 to 23.00 higher. Heifers under 550 lbs. sold 5.00 to 6.00 lower; while heifers over 550 lbs. sold mostly 5.00 to 15.00 higher. Several groups of quality unweaned calves were offered today without the usual discounts. Supply was heavy today and included several load lots of yearling cattle. Demand was very good.
