Compared to the auction two weeks ago most steers sold steady to 2.00 lower, instances 20.00 lower on 6 and 7 weight steers. With yearlings over 800 lbs 12.00 to 19.00 higher. Heifers, while not well compared, sold with a lower undertone. There were several load lots of yearling reputation cattle in the offering today. Supply was moderate to heavy and three consignors brought more than 1,050 head, mostly 8- and 9-weight steers. Demand was good today and included active internet bidding.
