Western Iowa Precondition Sale. No trend applicable, as the previous sale was not Precondition. The auction consisted of several load lots of yearlings, including an advertised load of replacement heifers, along with plenty of smaller packages of cattle mostly over 700 lbs. Even with a snow storm the last couple days, attendance and demand was good. CME feeder cattle futures 4.00+ higher today.
