Compared to the cattle slaughter auction one week ago, Choice Slaughter Steers were 3.00 to 4.00 higher. Choice Slaughter Heifers were 4.00 to 5.00 higher. Today's consignments consisted of mostly smaller quality packages. Demand was good for today's moderate supply.
