Heifers had light numbers today, showing a lower trend. Flesh condition of the cattle varied, affecting prices in both steers and heifers. The auction consisted of 7 loads, 3 half loads and many smaller strings. With buyers uncertain of the rollercoaster of the CME feeder cattle futures, demand slightly down.
